我已经向版主发信交流.
十分赞成让新人看此帖使大家更有意愿去参与.在没有找到更好的方法之前,也许这就是个较佳的选项.
然而,我也向版主谈点不同的看法:
It might discourage quite some people eventhough our plan is to motivate most of them.
As long as the paticipants have the passion to contribute and they just do it,they deserve a certain kind of reward instead of waiting for a long time to be promoted..
Giving motivation to anyone is always a positive reaction if done in the appropriate way.
"If we are given a raise at work for a job well done, we will be more apt to do a good job again. We enjoyed the raise and would like to received another raise, so we do the best we can do. The same scenario fits with children. They want to make people proud of them. If they get the positive reinforcement they need, they will strive to succeed. If a child is not given this motivation, they can start to believe they are worthless because no one cares enough to notice his/her hard work."
Anyway, I am still supportive towards what you have done.
